This policy explains how the Mazaqi website (mazaqi.com) collects, uses and protects personal data. The site is operated by Integrated Top Value Technologies (“we”), and we comply with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

  • Sign-up form data: restaurant name, your name, phone number, email if you provide it, city and number of tables.
  • Usage data: general technical information such as browser type, pages visited and where your visit came from, collected through analytics tools after you consent.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your request and set up your restaurant’s menu.
  • To improve the website and understand which pages are most useful.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We never sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the site — such as hosting, email and analytics — and only as much as necessary. Some of these providers may be located outside Türkiye.
